The Audit assesses one defined operational or decision problem, normally covering no more than one or two closely related workflows.
We work with the Problem / Decision Owner and up to three relevant knowledge holders. We review only the systems, reports, data sources and workflows related to the agreed scope.
Recommended next actions
The recommendation may involve a process or ownership change, reporting or data improvements, system configuration, a small pilot or a targeted digital Solution. It may also be that no immediate technology change is needed.
